What's the first thing you think of? CHEESE! But this state that borders on two Great Lakes (Michigan & Superior) is known for so much more. Cheeseheads reflect on their beginnings in 1783 when the U.S. acquired Wisconsin from France, who dominated the world's fur trade and left the nickname The Badger State. Less than a century later the Republican party was founded in Ripon to stop the spread of slavery. They get to choose from Miller High Life, Old Milwaukee, and Pabst Blue Ribbon while supporting the Packers and Bucks. They visit the Harley-Davidson Museum and brag about their famous citizens, including Frank Lloyd Wright, Georgia O'Keeffe, Orson Welles, Laura Ingalls Wilder, Liberace, and Les Paul.
